Plants or Pets?

Pets, of course.

It’s just that I don’t have one, nor can I get it, so….

Why?

My building has a cruel no-pets policy, so a plant is the closest thing I could get.

Despite wearing my ridiculous go-to Central Park outfit, I was so excited I couldn't resist taking a picture with it.

Anyways, I'm determined to keep this beauty alive and well for as long as possible, but I don't know a single thing about gardening. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. My last basil lasted 4 business days.
